Return Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it unused within 14-days of delivery. For items purchased between Halloween and Christmas, merchandise must be returned to our warehouse no later than January 10th. All merchandise must be unused. If the merchandise has been used returns cannot be accepted. Please note that once a lighter has been ignited it is considered used and cannot be returned.
Items that are personalized or engraved are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. Personalized items which are defective or damaged may be exchanged.
In addition to our satisfaction guarantee, many of the products we sell offer extended product warranties. Zippo and Xikar both offer lifetime warranties, ensuring multiple layers of customer satisfaction.
