Domestic Shipping Information - United States

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are automatically calculated when you place your order. The fees generally range between $5 to $10 depending on your preferred delivery method and the number of products ordered.

Domestic Shipping Methods:
We offer shipping through UPS and the US Postal Service. Items containing fuel must be shipped via UPS Ground.

Signature Requirements:
A signature may be required upon delivery for all orders over $100. This protects our customers from delivery errors by reducing the chances of an order being delivered to the wrong destination.

Returned Orders:
If an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect address that was provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible to pay additional shipping fees to have the item re-shipped.

Forwarding Services:
We are unable to ship orders to forwarding services or freight forwarding carriers.

Shipping Address/Billing Address:
If your order is not shipped to your verified billing address there could be delays processing your order, and there will not be any coverage for lost or stolen shipments.

Rush Delivery:
Rush Delivery is available for an additional fee. Rush Delivery is not available for all orders, so if you require such delivery please contact us in advance to check availability.

Domestic Delivery Time:
Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery from the date your order is placed for USPS First Class, USPS Priority and UPS Ground. Although average delivery time is typically less than 5-days after your order is completed, we ask that you allow additional time to compensate for any slowdowns within the postal service. We ask that you give us as much advance notice as possible to make sure we meet your delivery deadline. Please allow additional time for orders being shipped outside of the United States.

Shipping Warehouse:
All shipments are FOB Origin / FOB Shipping Point. We operate several warehouses and it is possible that your order could be split between two warehouses resulting in two separate deliveries.

Shipping Miscalculations:
In the rare event that shipping charges are erroneously calculated due to a communications error, or any other cause, you will be contacted and the charges will be corrected.

Engraving & Personalization:
Please allow additional time for delivery in the event you purchase product personalization. If you require expedited delivery, please let us know your requirements when you place your order.

International Shipping Information - Outside United States

International Shipping Methods:
We offer international shipping to any global destination through UPS (where available) and the US Postal Service. The least expensive shipping method is USPS First Class Mail International. We also offer Priority Mail International and UPS Worldwide (where available). We suggest that you select the method that suits your needs. For orders in excess of $100 USD we recommend Priority Mail International to ensure your order is insured against loss or damage.

International Shipping Restrictions:
We are unable to ship lighter fluid or any items containing lighter fluid outside of the United States. If you order an item containing lighter fluid we will remove the fluid prior to shipping the order. Our order processing system will prevent you from checking out in the event that you try to ship an item containing fuel to a destination outside of the United States. There are also special restrictions which prevent us from shipping certain items to certain countries. Please contact us for details.

International Shipping Fees:

International Free Shipping:
Free or discounted shipping is not available for orders delivered outside of the United States at this time.

Rush Delivery:
Rush Delivery is not available for international orders.

International Delivery Time:
Please allow at least 15 days for delivery. Average international delivery time is typically less than 15-days after your order is completed, but we ask that you allow additional time to compensate for any slowdowns within the postal service or customs inspections. We ask that you give us as much advance notice as possible to make sure we meet your delivery deadline.

Lost/Stolen/Not Delivered:
We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages shipped to international destinations.

Shipping Discounts:
Shipping discounts are usually not available outside of the United States, however there can be specific promotions in effect for outside territories from time to time. Fuel and items containing fuel are not eligible for shipping discounts, except for Zippo Candle Lighters, Zippo Multi Purpose Lighters (MPL & MiniMPL) and Zippo Outdoor Utility Lighters.

Backorders:
If a product you order is out-of-stock you will be notified. Upon notification you will be presented with a variety of options allowing you to choose your preferred resolution. We take pride in the personal yet professional level of customer service we offer, and we will work hard to ensure you are fully satisfied in any event.

Order Changes:
We will make every effort possible to accommodate your change order requests, but we are unable to guarantee that we can change an order once it has been accepted. If you would like to change your order in any way after you have submitted it there could be additional fees involved ($35 Order Modification Fee). This includes changing a personalized message, font, etc.

Engraving & Fonts:
Items will be engraved, etched or personalized exactly as requested including upper and lower case letters. Please enter and review your personalization carefully. All personalization is performed in the font style pictured and selected. Here are some guidelines for personalization: Enter personalization as you would like it to appear with capital letters, lower case letters, numbers, punctuation and characters such as &, @, % or *. Do not type in all capital letters or all lower case letters unless that is how you want the item to appear. Please refer to the product image and description for a sample of the personalization, font name, style type as well as line & character limits and product dimensions. We are not responsible for typographical errors unless we made the error. Please check your personalization very carefully before completing your order.

Color Personalization:
The estimated turnaround time for our full color personalized lighters is 7-14 days. It is necessary to allow sufficient time for the image transfer to cure properly. We can email you with a proof of your completed design prior to applying the design upon request. If you require a picture of your design prior to shipment additional time may be required. We may be able to expedite design and delivery, but only upon request. Additional fees may apply.

Payment Terms:
Payment is required in advance. If a payment is recalled through a chargeback and merchandise has been delivered and is not recovered, USA Lighters reserves the right to submit the customer account to a collection agency and report the delinquent payment to the major credit bureaus. Additional recovery fees, up to $100, will be added to the original invoice. Any unpaid invoices are subject to financial judgements. If your order is not shipped to your verified billing address there could be delays processing your order, and there will not be any coverage for lost or stolen shipments.
