Any Zippo pocket lighter, when returned to our factory, will be put in first-class mechanical condition free of charge, for we have yet to charge a cent for the repair of a Zippo pocket lighter, regardless of age or condition. The finish, however, is not guaranteed.
We offer engraving on most Zippo lighters. We use state of the art machinery to achieve perfect results every time. This allows us to offer better results at a lower price than our competitors. We perform all engraving and personalization in-house at our facility in Florida. We offer over a wide selection of fonts, and we can engrave your Zippo lighter in several different positions. An engraved Zippo lighter is perfect for a holiday gift, groomsman, ushers, corporate gift, birthdays, anniversaries, fraternities, sororities, clubs, etc.

What part of the Zippo Lighter do you engrave?
Most engraving is on the bottom body of the lighter. However, some items offer engraving on the top lid because emblems or logos are in the way on the bottom body.
How long does engraving take?
We try to complete all engraving within 2-3 business days. If you have a special need please contact us before placing your order.
Can I have custom artwork engraved?
Yes, we can engrave corporate logos or custom artwork of any kind. There is no minimum order, but there is an artwork setup fee. Please contact us for a quote.

We are pleased to offer full color personalized designs. Using a unique printing technique we are able to produce customized images underneath a crystal clear protective coating. The end result is brilliant, vivid color with a beautiful, protective shine on the lighter of your choice, or your existing lighter. You can provide us with any images, graphics, pictures or photos of your choice, and our artists will transfer it to your lighter. Perfect for company logos, family photos or custom artwork.
Each image transfer is performed by hand and is closely monitored for quality assurance and complete customer satisfaction. The protective coating on each design consists of an epoxy based resin formula which is cured using an advanced ultraviolet process. The results are a finish which is nearly indestructible. The finish can withstand heavy use and weathering without being compromised, and is able to resist most scratching by flexing and returning to its original shape and form. Designs are guaranteed for one year against any defects or failures.
The estimated turnaround time for our full color personalized lighters is 7-14 days. It is necessary to allow sufficient time for the image transfer to cure properly. We will email you with a proof of your completed design prior to applying the design to ensure complete satisfaction. If you require a picture of your design prior to shipment additional time may be required. We may be able to expedite design and delivery, but only upon request. Additional fees may apply.
